Ira Maynard married Emily Butcher in 1877. That was in Logan/Mingo Co Wv. She was born in WV to James Butcher and Sarah Dingess. Ira was born in Pike Co Ky. His parents were Henderson and Lucenda McCoy. The marriage record shows that they are both 21 which is close to what the 1910 census shows.
