Mary Butcher [16993] Details

Mary Butcher b.1864 ca - Logan Co., VA d. - ----- Marriages ----- m01. 1881 03 Feb - Pike County, Kentucky + Tolbert McCoy (2 Children) ----- Children ----- Melvin McCoy Cora McCoy
Mary Butcher. She lived in the household of Julius Williamson and his wife Zettie Butcher, so I assume she was Zettie's younger sister. There were several Butcher's who lived near Ran'l McCoy in the 1880 census, toward Williamson. Julius was a member of the Williamson family after whom the town is named.   Ryan Hardesty https://www.facebook.com/groups/hatfieldmmcoy/permalink/626687834075424/?c omment_id=627233887354152&offset=0&total_comments=37 --------------------------------- Name: Mary Butcher Event Type: Census Event Year: 1880 Event Place: Pond Creek, Pike, Kentucky, United States Gender: Female Age: 16 Marital Status: Single Race: White Race (Original): W Occupation: At Home Relationship to Head of Household: Niece Relationship to Head of Household (Original): Niece Birth Year (Estimated): 1864 Birthplace: Kentucky, United States Father's Birthplace: Kentucky, United States Mother's Birthplace: Kentucky, United States Affiliate Name: The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Affiliate Publication Number: T9 Affiliate Film Number: 0439 Household Role Gender Age Birthplace Julius Williamson Self M 38 Kentucky, United States Emazette Williamson Wife F 30 Kentucky, United States Mary Butcher Niece F 16 Kentucky, United States District: 100 , Sheet Number and Letter: 651B , GS Film Number: 1254439 , Digital Folder Number: 004241276 , Image Number: 00161 Citing this Record   "United States Census, 1880," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MCZP-8JB : accessed 10 July 2015), Mary Butcher in household of Julius Williamson, Pond Creek, Pike, Kentucky, United States; citing enumeration district 100, sheet 651B, NARA microfilm publication T9 (Washington D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, n.d.), roll 0439; FHL microfilm 1,254,439.
