south of Blackberry Creek, on Tug Fork of Big Sandy. It was to this home
the mortally wounded Ellison Hatfield was carried. Anderson was one of
the
men for whom warrants were issued on September 18, 1882 by Judge Brown,
for
the killing of the three McCoy boys. #368, 1850; M-66 (age 49), 1880

number 10 in the town of Ferrelton near the mouth of Mate Creek, as laid
down on the map of said town. The lot adjoins a lot owned by Lewis
Rutherford on the east, M. T. Davis on the west, 60 feet fronting on Mate
Street and back 100 feet to McCoy Alley. Said town of Ferrelton is now
