Hi there, Im currently involved in the restoration of the old "Joe Thomas" Cemetery which is the oldest in North Little Rock, Arkansas. I have on record along with pictures of their headstone, Dr. J. L. Hardcastle B/19Dec 1838 D/22Sept 1921....Margaret Hardcastle B/9June 1839 D/7May 1924. We are hoping to get this historical cemetery on the historical list. Its only 2 acres and apparantly was lost due to how it was deeded. Ive been trying to find and connect with any relatives that may have people buried here. Here are some of the names...Abbott, Adams, Adler, Back, Ballentine, Barclay, Barlow, Bates, Bauldwin,Baumgardner, Beasley, Boaz, Bower, Brannon, Brinningstall, Calhoun, Cape, Clements, Cobb, Coffman, Cole, Coleman,Cook, and aloot more :) Let me know if I can be of any help....My name is Kris or feel free to contact me by phone, 501-541-3219 Thanks for your time

Greetings from a Hardcastle in the UK.
Different branch I think. Don't recorgnise the names.
Have you seen the Hardcastle website http://www.hardcastle.de/home_e.html ?
Mike Hardcastle has also produced a book on the Hardcastles.
I am looking for unrelated Hardcastles who have had their DNA tested to see if we really are all related. I got mine done on Genebase.

All the best
